This is a 100% remote position.

The Product Owner will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of our products, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and meet the needs of our customers. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize features, user stories, and enhancements.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and execution.
  • Make informed decisions on product features and priorities.
  • Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria.
  • Review and Assess product documentation.
  • Organize product documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in release planning and contribute to product roadmap development.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize features and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
