The Lovlan Group requires a Platinum Account Assistant

Skills:

Fluent written and spoken English, minimum 2 years of experience working with international companies, aptitude with Word/Excel/Outlook, Drive/Dropbox, Zoom, familiarity with LinkedIn

The job will involve::

Ensuring smooth communication and reporting and maximising business development opportunities with Language Trainers’ most important clients.
Continuous updating of Language Trainers’ reporting system of most important clients and identification of gaps in communication and alerting team members to these gaps.
Research into clients’ commercial activities, acquisitions, expansions, as they might affect the need for language training. Also, research into these clients’ close competitors to explore opportunities.
Administration of language level tests for corporate clients.
Preparation of monthly reports for corporate clients.
Preparation of Sales and Ongoing Learning brochures and presentations for corporate clients.
Connection on LinkedIn with most important clients.
Updating of feedback, testimonials and references from corporate clients.
Competitor research of other language training companies in terms of services, pricing and LinkedIn activity.
Will report to the Sales Team Supervisor and liaise closely with the CEO.

Working Conditions:

Time zone: Europe, East Coast of the USA, negotiable
Salary: 1000USD (850USD for 4-day role)
Start: ASAP
Work from home job: Must have own computer and internet connection
37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) OR 30 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, 4 days, negotiable)
6-month probation period, followed by 31 days of paid holiday (25 days in the case of a 4 day per week role)
