Responsibilities
• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Spring Boot and Core Java
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality projects that impact society positively

Qualifications
• * Must have strong technical skills in Spring Boot and Core Java
• Nice to have experience in the Devices domain
• Must have excellent project management skills
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have experience in a hybrid work model
• Must have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Must have experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Must have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $65 to $75/hour.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
