This position plays a critical role in ensuring the financial stability of the firm by managing client payment plans and addressing overdue accounts.

Responsibilities:

Contact clients with outstanding balances via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements.
Review and manage payment plans to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Develop and implement strategies for recovering debts in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of communication, payments, and follow-ups in the firm’s database.
Provide clients with clear explanations of their account status and payment options.
Collaborate with the legal team to escalate unresolved accounts or disputes.
Stay up-to-date on applicable laws and regulations governing debt collection.
Assist in preparing reports on collection progress and outstanding accounts.
