As a WordPress Developer with design skills, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and migrating high-quality websites using cutting-edge tools like WordPress, Elementor, and Astro Pro. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from boutique lodging websites to unique small business sites across different sectors. Responsibilities

Develop visually stunning and highly functional WordPress websites using Elementor and Astro Pro themes
Lead the migration of 300-400 websites from a custom CMS to WordPress, optimizing the process for efficiency
Maintain design consistency and functionality across multiple projects while adhering to client-specific requirements
Customize and integrate plugins to enhance website capabilities and meet unique client needs
Collaborate with account managers to understand project scopes and deliver tailored solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth website operations
Contribute to improving and streamlining the agency’s website development workflow
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing both technical and design capabilities (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Creative ability and strong eye for design
Added knowledge or experience in geo directory . Not a must put a huge plus.
Proficiency in Elementor and Astro Pro themes, with the ability to customize and optimize their features
Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, with an eye for creating visually appealing user interfaces
Experience in website migration between different platforms and CMSs
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities and teamwork orientation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest web development trends
