This is a remote position.
Scope:
Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Scottsdale, AZ time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Handle routine correspondence and schedule management
Conduct basic research and present findings in a clear, concise manner
Manage small purchases and expense tracking
Assist with basic content creation and social media posting
Provide general administrative support as needed
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize multiple email inboxes, responding to non-critical emails and flagging important messages
Place orders for supplies and groceries using online platforms like Amazon
Communicate with web developers and other freelancers on platforms such as Upwork
Assist with social media management and brand research tasks
Act as a virtual receptionist, filtering calls and messages
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in using online shopping platforms and productivity tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience with virtual communication tools and project management software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
