Technical Product Owner

Aristocrat is currently seeking a Technical Product Delivery Manager to join the Digital Asset and Workflow Team within Aristocrat Labs. The right candidate will have in-depth experience supporting GitHub or other Source Control solutions applications as either a Product or Delivery manager. The candidate will have experience thriving and working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. This role will partner with and support subject matter experts and stakeholders within Aristocrat Labs, and IT globally.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver key initiatives for our product roadmaps.

• Collaborate with the team to standardize key services and applications for our internal users and partners.

• Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to develop and deliver comprehensive product plans that define the ideal end state for key products.

• Partner with other leadership teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables within the overall product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management or as a Technical Delivery Manager, specifically supporting source control-focused tools or SaaS applications.

• Proven track record of leading agile teams to deliver product outcomes and meet user requests.

• Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.

• Experience in deploying and supporting applications and services for end-users.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Experience in defining product strategy, including setting the vision, developing plans, and identifying new features to achieve product goals from requirements to delivery.

• A critical thinker who embraces the concept of failing fast while striving for optimal solutions that benefit users.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, or Perforce from both product and support perspectives.

• Previous experience in a support role for applications.

• Experience in projects or programs aimed at consolidating and standardizing application stacks.

• Ability to measure product success and demonstrate ROI to the business.

• Previous experience managing SMEs in technology-focused initiatives.

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
