Responsibilities

  • Develops interventions to support goals of therapy and restore maximum function and strength promoting optimal health and minimal pain.
  • Evaluates results of physical therapy by evaluating by observing, noting, and evaluating patient’s progress; recommends and implements adjustments as needed.
  • Completes patient admission to agency’s services after thorough review of medical records.
  • Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • A minimum of two years therapy experience, either hospital or clinic experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Homecare Experience.

 Required

  • Registered as Physical Therapist with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Satisfactory criminal record.
  • Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
