You are a good fit for this role if you:
Embody finesse. Interact with customers (and internal team members) in ways that get to the outcome you’re looking for, despite situations that have grey areas and a range of potential outcomes. Notice what’s unsaid and handle sensitive dynamics. Apply good judgment to delicate scenarios and take appropriate next steps. Feel energized - not drained - by external, cross-functional, cross-departmental work and lateral management. You’re excited to work with others to achieve results. You’re eager to bring people in, invest them in clear outcomes and expectations, and move toward outcomes - at scale and across all job types (FTE, FXT, and contractor).
Lead with radical ownership. You own the work, the challenges, and the wins of the regional team and are able to easily toggle between the balcony and the dance floor. You are focused on the big picture AND understand the importance of details. You are able to motivate others to do the same.
Get things done. You have a bias toward action and can size up risk and opportunity effectively to move teams forward - closing the loops, driving work forward, and doing so with a high bar (while managing the paralysis perfection orientation can bring). You make sure to always close the loop.
Push yourself and others to find the “third way.” Does not get caught up in binaries, able to move away from right/wrong thinking by considering alternative, win/win solutions that support intradepartmental and company-wide goals.
Proactively communicate - crisply, clearly, and compellingly. Communicates up, down, and sideways - anticipates questions and pushes out information externally to customers and to internal teams.
Have “simple, scalable, standardized, and sellable” tattooed on your heart. Aligned and in love with our current PD principles. Are constantly working toward scaling excellence in efficient, yet responsive ways.
Represent our Amplify PD brand in every/all spaces and places. Prioritizes building relationships; leads with “how might we” vs “we can’t”
