Job description

Ready to be a Titan?

The Content Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the execution of our content strategy, supporting the Demand Generation team. This role involves building and publishing web pages, coordinating various publishing calendars, managing content templates and analytics, and assisting with podcast and webinar production. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital content, excellent communication skills, and experience with content management systems and project management tools.

What you’ll do: 

  • Build and publish podcast, webinar, and blog pages

  • Coordinate requests and publishing schedules for Pendo (in-app messaging) to ensure minimal overlap, copy and design consistency, and internal stakeholder messaging

  • Create templates and/or manage metadata and taxonomy in our CMS

  • Coordinate publishing schedules in Asana or similar project management tool

  • Take on specific responsibilities in the podcast and webinar production workflow, including (but not limited to) reporting and analytics, and asset creation/management

What you’ll need: 

  • 2+ years experience in content marketing or similar field

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 

  • Interest in podcasts, webinars, video and other digital content forms

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. Contentful), digital asset management tools (e.g. Bynder), and project management tools (e.g. Asana)

  • Familiarity with design basics and/or understanding of Canva/Figma

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Willingness to collaborate, ask questions, learn new skills

  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $71,100 CAD - $106,700 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
