ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the Project, which aims to develop and implement integrations within one of our Client's systems, and to carry out related changes within the internal systems. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role for the delivery of a Project encompassing stakeholder management, change management, project budgeting, planning, managing, monitoring, reporting and implementation.

We are considering candidates located in LITHUANIA only. 

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading financial institution with a brand that encompasses various data domains, processes, and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of a project management plan and a detailed work schedule for project implementation.

  • Assignment of tasks to the members of the Team, coordination of daily processes.

  • Monitoring the progress of the Team and the implementation of the Project.

  • Managing risks and issues raised by the Project Team.

  • Managing the use of the budget allocated to the Project implementation, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

  • Optimal use of human resources and skills for the implementation of the tasks, and ensurance of the quality of the tasks assigned to the Project Team.

  • Taking responsibility for the overall success of the Project.

  • Preparing and presenting reports on the implementation of the Project.

  • Carrying out any other tasks required to achieve the Project's objective.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of project management experience across a number of different technologies, demonstrating detailed knowledge of processes and people management.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and related project processes, project methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lead/Six Sigma), project governance and stakeholder management.

  • Technical qualifications in a Project Management discipline (e.g., PMBOK, PMI CAPM/PMP or PRINCE2, Agile) desirable.

  • Fundamental knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or service management approaches.

  • Effectively demonstrates leadership, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and integrity.

  • Proven ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders to clarify their business requirements and manage competing priorities.

  • Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities among competing needs whilst providing the highest level of value.

  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and drive other team members, and to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
