Job Title: Data Analyst & Automation Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a boutique law firm seeking to leverage data-driven insights and process automation to improve internal efficiency and client service. The team is looking for a hands-on specialist who can manage data reporting, fix broken automations, and optimize existing workflows.

Position Overview:

The Data Analyst & Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the firms operational efficiency. This position involves monitoring key data points across various reporting timelines, ensuring automations function properly, and continuously improving processes within platforms like Lawmatics, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze company data on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by creating clear, actionable reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation errors, particularly within Zapier.
  • Manage and maintain data workflows in Lawmatics.
  • Build and optimize reports in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve existing data and automation processes.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Zapier, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and develop solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear English communication skills (written and verbal).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Lawmatics.
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience creating process documentation or training materials for internal use.
  • Understanding of additional automation tools or low-code platforms.
