Job description

We are looking for a remote Executive Assistant for one of our senior executives. Someone who can effortlessly manage inboxes, calendars, and our team. If you thrive on organizing chaos, proactively managing communications, and confidently handling diverse and sometimes quirky requests, this role is perfect for you.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You're incredibly organized—their inbox, schedule, and priorities will always be crystal clear under your care.
  • You're comfortable on the phone and have excellent communication skills.
  • You're proactive with a go-getter personality, always looking to take initiative.
  • Overlap with our working hours. Can work 7 am - 3 pm U.S. Eastern Time (7 pm - 3 am PST)
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbox management and prioritization
  • Organizing calendars, meetings, and schedules
  • Handling various ad-hoc tasks and occasional quirky requests
  • Comfortably making and handling phone calls
  • Coordinate with the executive's in-office assistant to manage workloads
