Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst - Presales with a strong emphasis on technical writing, solution writing, and proposal writing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, basic technical acumen, a research-oriented mindset, proficiency in technical content writing, and foundational solution development skills. This role involves crafting compelling technical proposals, conducting in-depth research to understand client needs, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.
IMPORTANT NOTE :- This role is contributing to the Pre-sales/Proposal Management team. This team works on US public sector based RFP/Bids/Proposals/tenders. This role will require to contribute in content writing in the Proposals/bids/RFP/tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Writing: Develop and write high-quality technical documents, and proposals that align with client requirements and showcase the company's strengths. Edit and revise these based on feedback.
Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities for business growth. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Technical Content Creation: Produce well-structured technical content for proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Solution Development: Work closely with technical teams to develop feasible solutions that meet client needs. Contribute to the conceptualization and design of new services or products.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure proposals are comprehensive and competitive.
Project Management: Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
