Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support our healthcare client in Arizona. This part-time contract opportunity has the potential to extend through early next year and requires onsite presence for go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Epic Cadence application support, including system build, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with appointment requests, work queues, and visit type consolidation to improve scheduling workflows.
  • Assist with go-live preparations, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Epic integration with other applications.
Requirements:
  • Epic Cadence certification required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Cadence in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with scheduling workflows and integration points within Epic.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users and IT teams.
  • Availability to be onsite for go-lives as required.
Benefits
Pay rate based on experience $75.00/hr - $85.00/hr
