What you’ll be responsible for:

The Privileging Specialist is responsible for supporting the CLP team by auditing provider applications.  This position is responsible for completing audits on privileging applications providing audit reports to management and participating in process or compliance conversations related to the audit results. 

  

What you’ll work on:

  • Audit provider applications for accuracy 
  • Tracks audit results and provides feedback to management 
  • Review audit findings with staff and management as necessary 
  • Provide training to staff in areas of need 
  • Maintain professional communication with both internal and external customers 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all provider files 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

  What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred or High School diploma 
  • Experience working in the telemedicine industry in the area of Credentialing or Privileging (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Requires ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain timely records
  • Requires ability to maintain strong working relationships within and outside of the organization
  • Must be a self-starter, energetic, organized, a fast learner and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, follow through and focus on details
  • Proven demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and web-based application
  • Ability to thrive high growth fast paced organization and 100% Remote based environment 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
