Job Description:
Responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to human resource (HR) related inquiries received from Essentia Health employees. Inquiries are received via telephone and/or electronic correspondence and include but are not limited to the topics of payroll, benefits, retirement and HR policies and procedures. Also responsible for non-inquiry HR related processing such as mailings, data entry, auditing, etc., as assigned.
