Job Description

We are looking for  IT Recruiter to support a high-volume recruiting environment.

As an IT Recruiter you will work  to facilitate all aspects of the recruiting process including creating job descriptions, maintaining our applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and coordinating all aspects of the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance. General responsibilities include all things related to data, tools, processes, and coordination to provide the best candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly coordinate and guide candidates through the entire interview lifecycle from start to offer
  • Facilitate all things - role approvals, offers, maintenance, process improvements, approved offer letters and documents for all entities
  • Partner with internal teams (Hiring Managers, HRBPs etc.) to ensure they are set up for success
  • Manage the offer process - create, send and retrieve offer letters for new hires in a timely manner
  • Support all data and analytic needs of the Recruiting team by providing analytics and insights 
  • Evaluate current recruiting processes and recommend data-driven and efficiency improvements
  • Additional administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment
  • You have 1 year of experience of working in a dynamic, international environment - good knowledge of the IT market.
  • You are passionate about outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication
  • You are a team player and understand how to navigate different working and communication styles.
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • You can manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously while adhering to strict confidentiality when applicable.
  • You have a BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Ability to speak fleuent English 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
