Job description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with automated testing tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans for new software applications and enhancements.
  • Analyze software specifications and functional requirements.
  • Identify and document defects, track them through resolution, and report findings.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts.
  • Execute regression, integration, and system tests.
  • Work with software developers to investigate and resolve defects.
  • Provide quality assurance support for other departments.
  • Document and report on the quality of products and services.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation.
  • Communicate results and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and source control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must speak English fluently and have good English writing skills.
