Key Responsibilities:

  •  Engage with clients to ascertain their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Stay well-informed on various theme parks, attractions, accommodations, dining options, and transportation alternatives.
  • Develop comprehensive, personalized itineraries, encompassing park tickets, accommodations, dining reservations, and special experiences.
  • Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and other necessary components.
  • Offer clients insightful tips, advice, and recommendations to enhance their theme park experience.
  • Assist clients with any changes, issues, or emergencies that may occur during their trip.
  • Keep abreast of current travel trends, promotions, and special offers related to theme parks.
  • Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are precise and delivered to clients promptly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire planning process.
