Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Customer Service Manager to drive growth by generating new leads, setting appointments, and building strong client relationships through effective outreach and exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound calls, a focus on understanding client needs, and the ability to develop sales strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and client acquisition, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You will also be assisting with customer orders and liaising with Australian Suppliers.


Job Description:
  • Proactively identify new potential B2B opportunities in Building/Property Development and Real Estate industries.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage, qualify potential leads, and set appointments with prospective clients.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance the sales process.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Assist with following up and processing customer orders and liaising with Australian Suppliers


Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Background in using tools like Lusha, Apollo, Sales Nav or other lead generation software.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to team success

  • Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
