We are looking for a Sales Contracts Manager who will:
  • Responsible for revenue generation, account retention, and commercial risk management within assigned territories or named accounts.

  • Draft amendments and complete contract reviews for submission to the legal team and the customer

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory/market segment to retain and develop business for the organization's products/services.

  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure customer success during implementation.

  • Negotiating pricing and contractual terms.

  • Responsible for retaining and increasing revenue from service and maintenance agreements within designated territories or named accounts.

  • Minimum of 3 years of formal field sales experience within CSG’s target markets.

  • Experience in selling into a territory or customer portfolio owned/shared by another sales team member selling a different line of business.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Driven with the ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas.

  • Proactive, creative, and enjoys challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver quality presentations.
