Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with US legal experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in US legal procedures, documentation, and case management. This role requires excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and evidence retention.
Conduct case law research and summarize findings.
Manage case files, client correspondence, and deadlines.
Support attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and depositions.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Certification from an accredited paralegal program (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a US law firm or legal department.
Strong understanding of US legal procedures, court systems, and documentation.
Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) (preferred)
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
