Job Description

Responsible for contract generation, review, and execution of agreements for various clients and partners. Provide support to the contract teams to ensure all deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and provide accurate data based on requests.

  • Follow up with all involved parties to ensure a timely response to the client.

  • Act as back up to other Contract Administrators when needed.

  • Assist with responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) from various clients Utilize proposal automation software daily.

  • Responds to requests for assistance from internal and external sources in resolving contract issues associated with the implementation of contracts.

  • Coordinate conference calls and WebEx meetings as needed between key stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team.

  • Assists in coordination with other departments on matters related to Contracts, prepares responses to customer correspondence and other requests.

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as prioritize assignments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to interface and negotiate with customers and various levels of employees, attorneys, sales team and management.

  • Experience drafting contractual and other business correspondence is preferred.

  • Logical approach to problem solving with adept analytical skills.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year experience, but prefer an Associate’s degree w/3-5 years of experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (EST)

Pay Range: $46,600.00 - $55,000.00 (State minimum wages apply if higher)

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
