The opportunity

We are looking for an Associate Director of Paid Media to lead and optimize our paid media programs, drive pipeline growth, and support revenue-generating initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can balance high-level vision with hands-on execution. As the Associate Director, you will manage a team of paid media specialists, oversee multi-million dollar budgets, and work cross-functionally to align paid media strategies with business objectives.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists and strategists.
  • Oversee a multi-million dollar advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Identify new opportunities for audience segmentation, targeting, and bid optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Demand Gen, and Content teams to ensure paid media strategies align with broader marketing and revenue goals.
  • Lead testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, new platform exploration, and creative strategy development.
  • Own reporting and analytics, leveraging data to make informed decisions and communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging ad tech, and platform changes to keep our paid media programs competitive.

 

Who you are
  • 7+ years of experience in paid media & digital advertising, with 3+ years focusing on B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven experience managing multi-million dollar ad budgets and optimizing for pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Technical acumen around conversion tracking, data analysis & reporting, attribution modeling, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, & Looker Studio), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous testing and optimization.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, seeking out new opportunities and experiments

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range
$100,000$140,000 USD
