A dynamic and client-focused law firm is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney- Medical Malpractice to join its team. The firm specializes in civil defense litigation, with practice areas that include insurance defense, construction law, employment law, and bodily injury defense. Position Overview:
The firm is looking for an experienced skilled Medical Malpractice Attorney. .The ideal candidate will have Defense Experience and 10 or more years of medical malpractice experience overall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 10 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
