Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled at identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up high-value meetings for the sales team. If you are passionate about sales, market expansion, and relationship-building, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
Prospecting & Qualification: Engage with decision-makers, qualify leads, and assess their fit for our solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and organize leads within CRM tools, ensuring seamless follow-ups and progression.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine our sales approach.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture partnerships with real estate agents, referral partners, and other industry players to expand business opportunities.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term business collaborations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation techniques, and CRM tools (e.g., LeadSimple, HubSpot).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and industry-specific tools (MLS, Rentometer, AppFolio, etc.).
Ability to type at a speed of 75 WPM.
Nice to Haves
Experience in property management, real estate, or SaaS industries.
Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and sales engagement tools.
Sales training or certifications.
Only candidates who achieve an 80% or higher score on assessments will be considered.
