NeoGenomics is looking for a Senior Platform Analyst wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Position Summary:

As a Platform Analyst you will ensure timely and effective execution of platform initiatives and strategies. In this role, you are responsible for managing and optimizing healthcare technology platforms to ensure they effectively support our clinical and operational goals.
You will work closely with internal and external business leaders and team members, platform analysts, scrum masters, and other agile team members to facilitate seamless workflows and improve patient care. The Platform Analyst is responsible for overseeing implementation and standardizing processes and procedures related to their platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and optimization of healthcare platform(s)
  Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Gather and analyze requirements from business and technology stakeholders
  Manage and organize solutions that address the identified needs, ensuring alignment with technology architecture, organizational goals, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Coordinate the implementation of new platform features, updates, or integrations
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure alignment with Agile principles and best practices
• Manage Agile tools keeping epics and user stories up to date (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree Required
• 5+ years working in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT required
• 5+ years working in a client facing role in Healthcare required
• Project Management experience preferred but not required
• High sense of urgency
• Strong project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills\Experience with Laboratory Information Systems, EMR/EHR Systems or Health Care Data Integration Systems required
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements
• Experience with project managament methodologies (Agile) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• SAFe certified or the ability to complete certification shortly after accepting position
