NeoGenomics is looking for a Platform Manager wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Position Summary:

As a Platform Manager you are responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing feature release, managing feature backlog/requirements for our Informatics product, and managing the SDLC of their products. The objective is to transform data into knowledge and systems to improve health outcomes and costs by building digital products that empower patients, providers, payers, pharma and cancer researchers.

Responsibilities:

• Define a product vision and strategy while gathering product requirements
• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
• Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
• Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other disciplines
• Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions
• Facilitate and coordinate to achieve roadmap objectives Maintain feature backlog and create project artifacts (e.g. workflow diagrams, requirement documents, wireframes)

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• 6 years of experience in platform management from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams
• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
• Experience developing web-enabled products and technologies
• Knowledge of and experience with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Familiar with agile methodology, sprints, and scrum and can lead a team through these methodologies
• SQL and data analysis proficiency
• 10% including regional and national conferences in genomics, oncology, technology and product management
