What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years proven experience leading agency growth, developing business, executing strategic brand planning, fostering client relationships, and developing teams for CPG brands within an agency setting. 
  • Passionate about mentorship, valuing both teaching and continuous learning to elevate team performance.
  • Experienced in business development, including pitching and securing new clients for an agency.
  • A trusted client partner and thought leader, adept at navigating challenging conversations 
  • Comprehensive understanding of earned media and influencer marketing within an omnichannel ecosystem, with experience integrating efforts across internal and external teams.
  • Regularly engaged with social media platforms, with an expert-level understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Seasoned in new business presentations and client engagement, particularly within an agency environment.
 

What You’ll Do:

NEW BUSINESS & GROWTH

  • Lead new business development efforts, taking direct responsibility for new client prospecting, development of strategic proposals, onboarding new clients, etc.
  • Be a source of forward-thinking, innovative concepts not only for generating results for clients, but for growing the agency. 
  • Serve as a strategic planning leader for the agency, going beyond your own clients and new business prospects to bring fresh creative and strategic thinking to all agency clients. This could include brand campaigns, partnerships, stunts, events, media integrations, media tours, etc.

AGENCY/TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Work with teams to develop meaningful integrated marketing strategies
  • Understand the digital landscape, and work seamlessly with social and digital media team members to develop and implement best-in-class strategies for clients. 
  • Develop persuasive reports and strategic recommendations for client presentations, ensuring insights and creative direction are clearly articulated.
  • Overse and mentor a team of junior employees, providing guidance on campaign execution, media relations and influencer strategy
  • Incorporate affiliate into pitching strategy and make recommendations to clients on the right platforms and how to leverage the right affiliate networks

STRATEGY & CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

  • Collaborate across public relations, social media, paid media, affiliate and influencer teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Continuously monitor social and cultural trends, identifying new audience opportunities, emerging platform behaviors, and innovative content strategies to keep brands ahead of the curve.
