Job description

Qualifications

      A minimum of 4 years’ experience in SEO within competitive B2B environments in the US market.
      In-depth knowledge of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
      Comprehensive understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including expertise in link-building and content optimization strategies.
      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and drive informed decision-making.
      Proven experience troubleshooting rendering issues, resolving indexation challenges, and optimizing crawl budgets.
      Capability to manage 1–3 websites while adapting strategies to meet local SEO requirements.
      Advanced proficiency in utilizing essential SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and others.

Key Responsibilities

      Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and improve organic search performance.
      Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketer, Front-End Developer, and Content Manager to effectively execute SEO strategies.
      Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth in both branded and non-branded traffic, and adjust strategies accordingly.
      Optimize website content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
      Execute on-page optimizations, including refining meta titles, descriptions, internal linking structures, and implementing structured data.
      Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to support targeted SEO initiatives.
      Perform detailed SEO audits addressing issues such as canonicalization, sitemap optimization, crawl budget management, rendering, and indexation.
      Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
      Initially manage one primary website with the potential to expand oversight to an additional 1–2 websites, focusing on the US market.
