As a Partner Development Associate (PDA), you will play a crucial role developing and supporting our partner ecosystem. This role sits in our Partnerships team reporting to the Director of Partnerships. You’ll be responsible for helping us find and grow critical Logistics and Agency Partners by connecting them with our merchants who are in need of their services & product while finding ways to support their clients with Loop’s industry-leading software. The PDA will be responsible for properly sourcing, qualifying and growing our relationships with new and existing partners. You will need to be able to work independently on multiple projects, be a self-starter, and a quick learner. You will need to have a deep understanding of the value of Loop’s platform and the positive impact it can have on our partners and their customers.

Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.

What You’ll Do:
  • Qualify inbound partners, onboard and provide them with basic enablement, and grow and route them when relevant to Partner Managers.
  • Own the outbounding process to source net new logistics and agency partner relationships.
  • Manage a high volume portfolio of partners and engage and enable them in a 1:many approach to generate referrals from them.
  • Lead & optimize the process of sending merchant introductions to our partners by working closely with GTM teams to help source, qualify and introduce opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Loop’s partner ecosystem and the reverse logistics industry.

  • Your Experience:
  • 1+ years of marketing, sales, or partnerships experience.
  • We would be thrilled to hear from you if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS or ecommerce (or both!) in the past.
  • Proven ability to hunt leads, outbound and proactively engage external stakeholders.
  • You’re a phenomenal communicator and have created exceptional partnerships with your internal partners, quickly becoming one of their favorite people to work with.
  • You have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills combined with the desire to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Experience using sales and partnership tools, preferably Hubspot & Crossbeam.
  • You have a results-driven mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas.
  • You know the kind of team you thrive on, and can speak of the best teams you’ve been a part of and what made them so great.

    Loop Story

In a perfect world, Loop wouldn't exist. If we had our way, we'd live in a world where we're mindful about how we consume, we love every product we own, and we share values with the brands who create them. In reality, commerce isn't perfect and often breaks. Loop creates second chances.

We're starting by revolutionizing the post-purchase experience. We've taken one of the most fragile commerce interactions - returns - and turned it into something consumers actually love, and that deepens our connection to brands and products.

We take connection seriously on the inside, too. We're building a work experience that allows you to Be A Human First and prioritizes empathy and wellbeing. We view Loop as a special place in your career to shape the future of an industry and become a better person while doing it. You can grow faster here in a shorter amount of time - we'll give you space and trust you to fill it.
