As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data models that support the company's analytical and reporting needs. You will also be responsible for building interactive and visually appealing dashboards, conducting in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making

What you'll do:
  • Data Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data management solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of analysts to analyze and enrich master data elements and optimize data flow between users and stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Lead data management efforts to ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee initiatives for improving data management processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure data management solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Data Modeling and Transformation: Design, develop, and maintain data models using dbt (data build tool) to support analytical and reporting requirements. Transform raw data into meaningful and accessible formats for analysis.
  • Dashboard Building and Analysis: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms. Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for data models, transformation processes, and dashboard development. Document code and processes to ensure transparency and ease of collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and validation of data models and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Perform thorough testing and validation of data models and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in master data management or a related area, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of data management processes, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with data governance and data integrity initiatives, familiarity with data management tools and software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $118,000 - $147,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
