Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven finance professional to support key FP&A processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, monthly close, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance partner with a proven track record in financial modeling, reporting, and problem-solving. This role will be instrumental in developing standardized, scalable reporting solutions that enhance business insights and drive informed decision-making. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with common planning and reporting systems and the ability to apply them effectively within InformData. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities while fostering a culture of trust.

- Support all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting for key business stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners.
- Develop and execute financial analyses and models for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
- Assess existing FP&A reporting systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and simplification.
- Apply a solid understanding of GAAP principles, ensuring alignment with accounting teams during month-end close for accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and managers to support financial decision-making.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling, analysis, and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, process management, and data modeling.
- Experience at a Big 4 firm and/or a private equity portfolio company is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to identify business needs and reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), forecasting and planning tools (Vena, Adaptive), and reporting systems.
Working Conditions
- This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time and use of work station.
