We are looking for a luxury travel consultant with experience in selling trips to Tahiti, New Caledonia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, France, and more. You’ll be a key part of our growing sales team, working closely with clients to design tailor-made travel experiences.
Design bespoke luxury trips for clients looking to visit Tahiti, New Caledonia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, France, and more—either as a cruise or private land-based trip. Packages may also include flights, so knowledge of GDS Sabre is a plus.
Effectively manage 5-7 requests per day, balancing multiple clients’ needs at once.
Work closely with clients from the initial consultation phase over the phone or email through to their departure, ensuring every detail is covered.
Adopt a strong sales process with excellent telephone communication, follow-ups, and the ability to close deals.
Keep our CRM database up-to-date with accurate and relevant client information.
Liaise with suppliers and our operations team to ensure high levels of attention to detail.
Provide exceptional service to clients and represent the brand as an ambassador.
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in product ideation and campaign suggestions.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling luxury trips.
In-depth knowledge or strong interest in destinations we specialize in: New Caledonia, Tahiti, Maldives, Sri Lanka, France, Cook Islands, and Vanuatu.
A forward thinker with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to client needs.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and well-organized.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with booking systems and industry standards

Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) | 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH)
