Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry focusing on critical billing information and insurance payments
  • Process and post insurance payments to patient accounts with meticulous attention to detail
  • Generate and analyze comprehensive reports from our advanced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Craft professional and empathetic responses to billing inquiries and patient account emails
  • Collaborate virtually with our medical team to support seamless practice operations
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all tasks
  • Adapt to evolving healthcare technologies and contribute to process improvements
  • Manage time effectively to handle a diverse range of administrative tasks independently
Requirements
  • Proven track record in data entry and administrative support, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in data management
  • Outstanding written communication skills for clear and empathetic email correspondence
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Understanding of medical terminology and billing processes is highly advantageous
