Schedule: Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Vancouver, BC, Canada (PST)

Job Description

We’re seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of our fast-paced real estate team. In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind our social media presence, manage crucial financial tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Craft and manage compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, posting engaging updates twice weekly
  • Create eye-catching posts featuring new property listings, successful transactions, and insightful market trends
  • Manage the company’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
  • Perform essential bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling monthly expenses and income
  • Extract and accurately record GST (tax portion) from invoices, maintaining meticulous financial records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about rental and sale listings
  • Coordinate property showings, ensuring smooth scheduling and excellent customer experience
  • Prepare and distribute rental agreements, maintaining attention to detail
  • Assist in managing financial aspects of multiple properties, contributing to the overall success of the investment portfolio
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, with a keen eye for creating engaging real estate content
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Canadian taxation methods and bookkeeping practices (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn about the industry
  • Experience with property management software is a plus
  • Additional language skills, particularly those common in the Vancouver area, are highly valued
