Schedule:
Flexible 20 hours a week

Timezone: Brooklyn, New York.

Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant with experience in the fashion or jewelry industry to support our online growth through strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO optimization, sales funnels, and content marketing, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Responsibilities include crafting compelling content tailored for social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms, while optimizing product listings and website performance to drive conversions. They should be proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to refine campaigns. A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and audience engagement is essential to elevate brand presence and increase online sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the studio’s presence on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Select and curate high-quality photos and videos for social media posts
  • Create engaging captions and use appropriate hashtags to increase reach
  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the studio’s brand
  • Monitor social media trends in the wedding photography industry and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to ensure timely access to new content
