This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Wilmington, Delaware (EST)

Work Schedule: Flexible hours (work generally starts at 3AM EST, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Manage image editing projects from client briefing to final delivery
Develop project timelines and resource allocations
Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met
Proactively address bottlenecks and delays
Communicate project status to clients clearly
Coordinate AI specialists, editors, and QA teams
Track project metrics to improve efficiency
Handle escalations and special requests

Requirements

3+ years in project management (creative services preferred)
Understanding of image editing workflow
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record meeting deadlines
Experience with project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
