Systems Analyst (EDI)

What will you do? 

A day in the life of a Systems Analyst (EDI) at VF looks a little like this. 

You will be part of the Systems Support team, supporting EDI needs for all North America VF Brands. You will work collaboratively with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Master Data teams to support business requirement definition and support users in systems usage, new account setups, EDI troubleshooting and IDOC processing.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. 

• Process and trouble shoot IDOC and EDI issues.
• Provide end user support by answering questions, troubleshooting solutions, and providing training as needed, which includes the creation/maintaining of training documents as needed.
• Prioritize, track, and test all new account setups on EDI.
• Responsible for project requirements gathering, system design, project coordination, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
• Work with users on system questions and assisting in business process questions and design.
• Monitor tickets and track issues to resolution.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1 year of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are: 

• Working knowledge of various systems applications, including SAP, various EDI systems and middleware tools
• EDI Systems knowledge
• Ability to analyst large quantities of data
• Strong attention to detail
• Location requirement: While this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will reside within Wisconsin
