Overview:

Avidbots India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate to join our Remote Assistance Process team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our robots remotely and ensuring they efficiently clean our customers' areas. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and customer service to start their careers with a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assist robots in real-time to ensure they perform cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic operations.
Provide customers with accurate information and solutions to their queries.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide better assistance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems and tools.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
