About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Learning and Development to lead our efforts in building and enhancing learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the growth and development of our team members. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that align with Pompa Program’s mission, business objectives, and culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development. This role will begin as a high level individual contributor role with the opportunity to build out a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with Pompa Program’s goals and values.
  • Design, implement, and oversee training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, professional skills training, and compliance-related education.
  • Partner with department heads and leadership to assess training needs and create targeted learning solutions that support individual and organizational growth.
  • Lead the development of e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches to maximize knowledge retention and engagement.
  • Establish key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up to date, engaging, and accessible to team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation and effectiveness.
  • Coach and mentor leaders within the organization to foster a culture of learning and development.
  • Manage and optimize budgets related to learning and development initiatives.
  • Ensure all learning programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training program development.
  • Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work professionally in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organization is a plus.
  • Experience leading Learning and Development in a remote environment is preferred.

Compensation Range:
$95 - 110k salary
