We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA!

This role is perfect for someone who is driven, curious, and eager to make an impact by identifying and engaging with potential customers. As a BDR, you'll play a key role in generating qualified opportunities for our sales team through strategic outreach and thoughtful prospecting. We need individuals who are proactive, persistent, and skilled at identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

Our BDRs conduct outbound activities across multiple channels, including calls, emails, social outreach, and video messaging. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline of leads and help drive business growth. Rejection is part of the job, so we need resilient individuals who thrive on finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers and move conversations forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Research: Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Strategize: Analyze industry trends, company structures, and business objectives to craft personalized outreach.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach, and video messaging) to create meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify & Convert: Ask insightful questions, gather key business intelligence, and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate: Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging, improve lead generation strategies, and optimize our outreach approach.
  • Optimize & Scale: Help build scalable processes, leveraging tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in business development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS, ideally with a focus on retail.
  • Resilience: Comfortable making 70+ outbound touches daily, handling rejection, and continuously iterating on approach.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Orum, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Outbound Focused: Passionate about outbound prospecting, with a proven ability to generate leads through proactive outreach.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated, independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
