1. According to the company's annual target / plan, make reasonable annual regional sales task

3. Formulate sales management process and management system, including: formulate internal standardization process of the sales

4. According to the market trends and the actual situation of the company, design and provide all kinds of sales tools for the use of regional sales personnel
根据市场趋势和公司实际情况，设计并提供各种销售工具，供区域销售人员使用
5. Provide monthly sales report, including order forecast, delivery forecast, etc
提供月度销售报告，包括订单预测，交货预测等
6. Manage and analyze the sales trends of each region, so as to make adjustment plan in time, and ensure the achievement of annual targets to the greatest extent
管理和分析各区域销售趋势，及时制定调整计划，确保年度目标的完成
7. Reasonably control the cost of each link, including personnel cost, travel cost, management cost, market operation cost, etc

1、35~45岁左右
2、具备注塑或者模具相关行业10年（含）以上经验，具有显著的业绩
3、丰富的模具标准件、热流道业内销售经验,有大型客户保持良好关系者优先
4、具备优秀的表达能力和沟通能力
5、具备5年以上销售团队管理经验
