Valsoft are looking for an experienced Head of Research and Development to spearhead our R&D initiatives.

The Role:

The role requires developing and executing the R&D strategy while driving innovation in SaaS product development. You will oversee research, lead teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance technology.

About You:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
8+ years of experience in software development, R&D, or innovation-focused leadership roles.
Proven experience leading R&D teams in a SaaS or cloud-based technology environment.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, big data, and cloud computing technologies.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, from concept to market implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software development practices.
