We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Executive with established relationships at C-suite level (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CNOs, etc.) across hospitals and healthcare systems in the U.S. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on expanding our footprint in hospitals staffing solutions.
Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Wayne Staffing's presence in hospital systems nationwide.
Leverage existing C-suite relationships to introduce and position Wayne Staffing as a trusted healthcare staffing partner.
Identify, pursue, and secure hospital contracts for RN staffing services, both for short-term and long-term assignments.
Understand hospital staffing challenges and present customized Wayne Staffing solutions to decision-makers.
Lead negotiations, structure deals and finalize agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to inform strategy.

Requirements
At least 10 years business development experience in healthcare staffing, hospital services, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully selling staffing or workforce solutions to hospitals C-suite executives
Established relationships with hospitals CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CNOs or CHROs across multiple states
Strong understanding of hospitals staffing challenges, workforce management, and healthcare regulations
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and conferences
