About the Role

In this role, you will be tasked with the support of daily operations within the Amazon, Wal-mart, Target, and Home Depot marketplaces. Your day-to-day will consist of: communicating with seller support to resolve listing issues and compliance updates, editing listing attributes and content via feed files, and uploading new products/product bundles to each marketplace. In this role you will be working closely with the Amazon media buyer to ensure that operations run smoothly within the account.

Work with seller support to address and resolve listing compliance issues when they arise
Routinely edit listings to ensure compliance with Amazon’s evolving rules and restrictions
Create new listings using Amazon feed files to ensure seamless new product and bundle launches
Work with the Amazon supply chain team to ensure that there are no discrepancies between the shipping process and our listings
Report to the head of Amazon weekly to discuss strategy and weekly task updates
Ensure all listings are fully up-to-date and consistent with regards to SEO, copy, and creative content
Assist in the management and maintenance of listings across all marketplaces (Wal-mart, Target, Home Depot, etc.)
Learn and assist with the optimization of PPC ad campaigns for new product and bundle launches

Qualifications

General experience with Amazon Seller Central
Experience managing and editing Amazon listings
Experience in communicating with Amazon seller support and creating support tickets
A strong understanding of Amazon feed files and how they are used to build and edit listings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in listing management for other marketplaces (Wal-mart, Target, Home Depot, etc.) is a bonus
Experience in e-Commerce is a bonus
