  • Adapt content to predefined layouts, maintaining visual consistency and functionality

  • Select, curate and optimize images for web use, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

  • Organize and oversee workflows for complex projects with multiple deadlines, coordinating tasks to ensure timely delivery

  • SEO and UX expertise: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and user experience principles for digital content

  • Organizational skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple workflows

  • Technical skills: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and tools for image management and web optimization

  • Soft skills: Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team

  • Great time and workload management
    • A proactive attitude and passion to get involved. You’ll need to feel comfortable to take the reins and get stuck in without being asked

    • A ‘make it happen’ approach. You enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure content performance

  • You’re an entrepreneur at heart, take responsibility from day one, and move fast to make things happen.

  • You prefer adventure over routine and embrace the fast-paced, ever-changing ride of a scaleup. You make decisions quickly, test, learn, and adapt—because growth comes from action.

  • You believe in the power of people. Our WeRoaders and Travel Coordinators are at the core of everything we do, and you’re eager to be part of something bigger.
