Position Summary:

Flex Technology Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that all existing application systems meet the needs of each company at Flex Technology Group. They are also responsible for the analysis of new application systems, or new iterations of existing systems, to try and better meet the goals and needs of the organization. Aside from analyzing and maintaining new and existing application systems, the position’s responsibilities include requirements gathering, system design, development, and support of primarily vendor applications. This position is responsible for managing the technical relationship with application vendors as well.

The salary range for this role is $73,800 -$113,000.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintains and analyzes existing application systems
Analysis, development, design, and implementation of new application systems
Responsible for managing and monitoring the support ticket queue
Provide technical guidance quickly and efficiently to ensure that all end users can continue their daily tasks
Conduct end-user training
Drive implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment
Help to facilitate discovery and design meetings
Ability to work on more than one high profile, complex project concurrently is a must.
Ability to independently research and learn new ways to solve complex business problems utilizing programming best practices
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Under minimal supervision, work closely with project team members, vendors, and clients, providing expertise in problem solving and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience with ECI’s ERP system, e-Automate is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience serving as a technical resource on a project
Can perform complex joins, imports, and update queries within SQL
Ability to convey technical concepts and procedures to people with a non-technical background

Desired Skills:

Understands basic accounting principles and understands accounting transactions in an ERP system
Understanding of e-Automate's Add-on products such as POP, POR, e-agent, etc.
Understanding of the copier and pay for print industry
