Weston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects with a well-defined scope andcollaborateswith 2 to 3 major stakeholders. The stakeholders typically include the client (Government- DoD and USACE), the Weston project team and subcontractors. The Senior Project Manager assembles the project team and manages the project scope; schedule, project risks, and budget to ensure Weston’s commitments and financial goals are metand accurately and is timely communicated within Weston’s Business process.The Senior Project Manager provides the Safety leadership on projects they manage and is accountable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or construction management
Minimum of 5-10years'experience in managing fixed priceconstructionprojects, with an emphasis on Federal Projects.
Experiencemanaging budgets of $10M+gross.Proven ability to track actual costs incurred and forecast anticipatedcostto calculate, communicate, and reportan accurate estimate to complete in a timely manner.
Experience executing complex projects.
Expert knowledge of MS Word/Excel /PowerPoint /MS Project/Primavera P6
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams with projects of moderate size, scope, and complexity.
Ability to travel, supporting onsite work as required throughout the U.S.
Promote relationships between Weston team members and client representatives.
Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to listen to internal team as well as clients to learn and understand their needs.
Able to successfully engage with and lead a geographically dispersed team.
Can react effectively to changing conditions andcollaborateas needed.
Experience and willingness to participate in the positioning and qualification of critical sales.
Showcase the capability to strengthen key relationships with essential subcontractors and vendors.
Preferred Experience:
DoD construction projects
USACE projects both fixed price and costreimbursable
RMS, Procore or other construction management software, a plus
Managing projects in the field with direct interaction with the clientdaily.
Professional Engineer Registration P.E.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification, a plus

Assists with proposal efforts, including subcontractor identification and scoping, costing, estimating, and profitability planning.
Proactive identification of project issues and development of options for corrective action.
Timely, accurate, and compliant preparation and submittal of invoices. Monitoring and reporting of the status of accounts receivable and recommends appropriate action on overdue accounts.
Compliance with Weston purchasing and subcontracting requirements.

Salary Range: $93,993-$124,333-$154,570
